Get Involved

There are many ways to get involved with Third Ladder. Below are different opportunities to engage directly.

Quarterly Partner to Program Calls

All partners are invited to join Quarterly Partner to Program Calls, an interactive opportunity to hear live reports from international program directors on the ground from programs you support or want to learn more about. A Q&A offers an opportunity for you to ask your questions
personally.

Please join a quarterly call to learn more about the impact your investment is making.

Sustaining Partners

Sustaining Partners are individuals or entities with a recurring commitment, often monthly or quarterly. The consistency of recurring gifts equips us to budget, establish our grant commitments, and operate with optimal efficiency. These Partners are individuals, both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, churches, secular, and faith-based programs.

People mistakenly believe that a small donation is just a drop in the bucket, but these priceless gifts facilitate cash flow and long-term planning. The vast majority of nonprofits rely on the sacrificial gifts from individuals and entities giving from $1-$500 with a recurring commitment.  Small donations are essential, especially for organizations like ours with smaller budgets.

Like most nonprofits, Third Ladder needs a diversified flow of income to succeed. Your gift of any amount makes a tremendous difference, and recurring gifts from our Sustaining Partners make it possible for us to make mission-centric decisions throughout the year.

Stakeholders

Stakeholders are Partners who are able to give $5000+ USD a year, representing a personal and financial investment that helps us meet our portfolio of grant needs and keeps operations going.  Large scale donations help secure annual program needs, support growing initiatives, and allow for innovation and expansion of impact.

Our Stakeholders are invited to Quarterly Townhall Meetings, an opportunity to hear from a representative of the Board and members of the team and receive operational updates that are helpful for your charitable giving financial planning.

Our Process

Every approved program in our grant portfolio goes through a rigorous vetting process.  Once approved, the monitoring and reporting process includes monthly reports, quarterly financials, and strategically scheduled routine site visits..

“It is an equalizer among us that each one of us can be a ladder as much as each one of us needs one at times to lift us out of the broken into the beautiful.”  Naomi Zacharias Zumback, Executive Director
