Get Involved

There are many ways to get involved with Third Ladder. Below are different opportunities to engage directly.

Quarterly Partner to Program Calls

All partners are invited to join Quarterly Partner to Program Calls, an interactive opportunity to hear live reports from international program directors on the ground from programs you support or want to learn more about. A Q&A offers an opportunity for you to ask your questions personally.

Email invitations are sent in advance, and we look forward to seeing you there.

Sustaining Partners

Sustaining Partners establish an automated recurring gift monthly, quarterly, or annually. The consistency of recurring gifts supports an informed grant budget, strategic growth, and operational efficiency.

Research says most nonprofits rely on gifts of $1-$500 with a recurring commitment to sustain the work;; they are the lifeblood of nonprofit health.

Stakeholders

Stakeholders are Partners who choose to give $5000+ USD a year.  These personal investments are critical to missional success. They are frequently a saving grace in meeting grant goals on time, support growing initiatives, and allow for innovation, and secure both short-term impact and a vision for the future.

Our Stakeholders receive “Townhall” video updates to hear from a representative of the Board and members of the team with real-time updates that provide insight into current operations, financial standing, and organizational forecasting.  For more information, please email us here.

Our Process

Every approved program in our grant portfolio goes through a rigorous vetting process.  Once approved, the monitoring and reporting process includes monthly reports, quarterly financials, and strategically scheduled routine site visits.

“It is an equalizer among us that each one of us can be a ladder as much as each one of us needs one at times to lift us out of the broken into the beautiful.”  Naomi Zacharias Zumback, Executive Director
