Jennifer Gates Bio

Jennifer Gates, our Accounts Controller, has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Berry College in Rome, Georgia. She worked for an international organization for 10 years before moving out west to work for a regional office of a denomination as an Office Manager for 3 years. Upon returning to the East Coast, she started working for a humanitarian grant program as the Project Manager overseeing 14 projects and 17 individuals to which she worked for 6 years. In 2021, Jennifer helped to launch Third Ladder where she serves now as the Accounts Controller with a love for the projects and people she serves and enjoys being a nerd with a love for spreadsheets and numbers.

Jennifer loves yummy food, traveling (especially to Disney World or internationally), her family, friends and most sporting events, but her first love is soccer. Jennifer is a native Atlantan, and loves to cheer on the home teams.
