Brittany Brown Bio

Brittany Brown brings a unique combination of nonprofit leadership, global perspective, and corporate experience to the Third Ladder Board of Directors. With more than 10 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector and 13 years in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, Brittany has built her career around leadership, relationship-building, and creating meaningful impact.

Her passion for people and cultures has taken her to more than 70 countries through her work and travels, giving her a broad global perspective and a deep appreciation for the diverse experiences that shape individuals and communities. She is passionate about using her professional experience, global outlook and commitment to excellence, to help organizations expand their reach and create lasting impact.

Brittany considers her greatest and most meaningful role(s) as mother to three children and wife to Chris.

Brittany and her family reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
